The U.S. Army is seeking a qualified small‑business contractor to establish a 5‑year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide repair, replacement, modification, and modernization services for conference‑room, digital‑workplace, and audio‑visual (AV) systems at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ and Benet Laboratories, NY. The BPA will support multiple task orders, including call orders up to $9 M, COOC orders up to $350 k, and GPC orders up to $15 k. Contractors must hold valid NJ/NY electrical contractor licenses, be authorized dealers/service providers for AV equipment, and meet extensive security and training requirements (AT Level I, iWATCH, TARP, CUI, OPSEC).
