This solicitation is for a single‑award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide equipment, installation, preventative‑maintenance, and ongoing support for Austin Information & Technology Center (AITC) conference‑room video‑tele‑conference (VTC) systems. The contractor must deliver full‑life‑cycle services—including hardware acquisition (Crestron, Planar, JBL, Biamp, etc.), field‑technician support, emergency response, project management, system design, training, and warranty administration—across five 12‑month ordering periods (total five‑year term). The work will be performed at VA facilities in Austin, Texas, with strict VA cybersecurity, accessibility, and sustainability requirements.
• Preventative‑maintenance and repair of VTC equipment in multiple conference rooms.
