The Maryland Department of Human Services (DHS) is issuing a secondary competition Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP) under its 2015 Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet Master Contract. The award will be limited to certified small‑business master contractors who can supply and install standardized audio‑visual (A/V) hardware for 24 statewide conference rooms, including equipment, warranties, and installation services.
