Old Town Farmers Market & Community Activation Operator

The City of Victorville is seeking a qualified firm to design, implement, and operate a weekly farmers market and community events program in Old Town Victorville. The program aims to create a vibrant, family-friendly, and sustainable community destination. The selected operator will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and promoting the program, including recruiting vendors, planning events, and engaging with local stakeholders. • The operator will establish and operate a weekly farmers market with a strong presence of agricultural producers. • The operator will deliver a minimum of four quarterly community activation events annually, including street closures, entertainment, food vendors, and cultural programming. • The operator will ensure a high-quality customer experience and provide activities to draw attendees, such as live music, family activities, and health and nutrition programming. • The operator will administer or demonstrate the ability to administer SNAP/EBT and related nutrition incentive programs. • The operator will provide a clear description of their proposed compensation structure, including administrative or management fees, estimated reimbursable costs, and proposed revenue models.
