Holiday Express Inflatables 2026

The City of Raleigh is seeking a partner to provide rented inflatables, staffing, and equipment for the Holiday Express event, a family-friendly festival that includes inflatable rides, photo ops, and more. The selected firm will be responsible for providing rental of at least four holiday-themed inflatables, staffing for rented inflatables, rental of lighting and weights, and rental and fueling of power sources. The contract will last for 3 years, with the potential to feature a new theme each year. • The event will run from December 1-17, with rain dates on December 18-21. • The selected firm will be responsible for set-up, layout, weighting, and connecting power for all inflatables. • The firm will also provide repairs to all inflatables as needed during the event period and adjust all inflatables as needed to accommodate operational changes or unforeseen circumstances. • The City of Raleigh welcomes growth and diversity through policies and programs that will protect and enhance Raleigh’s existing neighborhoods, natural amenities, history, and cultural and human resources for future generations. • The City leads to improve quality of life for neighborhoods and standard of living for all citizens. • The City works with universities, colleges, citizens, and local partners to promote new technology, create new job opportunities, and encourage local businesses and entrepreneurs.
