This solicitation is a small‑business set‑aside RFQ for the design‑build installation of a new sewer collection system at the Flagstaff Ranger Station within the Coconino National Forest. The work includes connecting existing facilities, installing new sewer mains and manholes, providing optional polymer concrete manholes, restoring all disturbed surfaces, and coordinating closely with the City of Flagstaff, Great West Engineering, and the Forest Service.
