SIMULATED LABORATORY EQUIPMENT & FURNISHINGS

Grambling State University is seeking bids for the provision of simulated laboratory equipment and furnishings. The successful bidder will be required to furnish, deliver, install, and place into service the equipment and related furnishings in accordance with the specifications provided. The equipment includes simulated laboratory suites, hospital beds, bedside cabinets, overbed tables, and other medical equipment. The contract term is not to exceed twelve (12) months. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. • The equipment must be new, unused, and of current production. • The equipment must meet or exceed all listed specifications. • The contractor must provide complete installation, assembly, and setup of all equipment and furnishings. • The contractor must test all equipment upon installation to verify proper operation. • The contractor must provide a minimum one (1) year warranty on all equipment, materials, and workmanship.
