Paramedics & Ambulance Services

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide 24-hour state certified paramedic level emergency response and patient transport services for all personnel on Tinker Air Force Base. The contractor will be responsible for providing ambulance services, including transportation of patients to and from the base, as well as providing medical care and treatment as needed. The contractor will also be required to provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services. The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, and the contractor will be required to provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including federal holidays and weekends. Some key requirements for the contractor include: * Providing a standard of cover for ambulance response, to affect a response time of 12 minutes at the 90th percentile for the initial arriving unit * Transporting patients from Tinker AFB to the Government designated healthcare organization * Notifying Tinker Fire Dispatch (TFD) via radio or phone of ambulance responses and returns * Maintaining accurate and complete patient records and documentation * Ensuring that all contractor personnel are trained and certified in accordance with applicable laws and regulations * Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and occupational safety and health.
