This solicitation calls for a vendor to provide ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and optional modernization of Delaware’s Cancer and Chronic Disease Data Management System (CCDDMS). The effort includes system updates, bug‑fixes, data conversion, dashboard creation, multilingual user interfaces, integration with external health‑information exchanges, and management of Smartsheet‑based data‑collection workflows.
