Description
The State of North Dakota is seeking a qualified architectural firm to develop an updated master plan for the State Capitol Complex in Bismarck. The master plan should provide a 20-year outlook for the capitol complex and include public and stakeholder engagement, office space and parking needs analysis, recommendations for campus preservation and development, and estimates of probable costs. The selected firm will work with the nine-member Capitol Grounds Planning Commission and attend several meetings to present the final master plan.
