Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

No explicit budget is listed, but downtown master‑plan studies typically range from a few hundred thousand to over half a million dollars depending on scope, data requirements, and deliverables. Considering the comprehensive nature (visioning, architectural concepts, engineering analyses, and business consulting), a reasonable estimate is between $200,000 and $500,000. This range reflects typical costs for similar municipal planning projects in Texas.
