PAV-LAK Contracting Inc is seeking quotes from qualified New York State certified WBE, MBE and SDVOB subcontractors for the following project:
Construction of a 60,183 s/f Institute for Discovery & Innovation in Medicine & Engineering (I-DIME)
3 occupied levels and a mechanical penthouse featuring wet/dry lab blocks, an advanced imaging suite, and interdisciplinary engineering/biomedical spaces.
Project is Prevailing Wage/PLA. Subcontractors must be Union and all insurance must be submitted and reviewed.
