MRCTech-Supp 22 Technology and Support Services

The Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) is seeking vendors to provide Technology and Support Services to individuals with disabilities. The services include assessment of technology needs, provision of computer technology and peripheral equipment, and orientation/training services to help individuals use the technology. The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years, with two 1-year renewal options. The estimated annual expenditure is around $1 million to $20 million. • The vendor will provide technology assessments and recommendations for eligible consumers. • The vendor will provide computer technology equipment, including laptops, tablets, printers, and software. • The vendor will provide orientation/training services to help consumers use the technology. • The vendor will have a technical support center/help desk to provide timely and professional assistance to consumers. • The vendor will have the ability to assess the consumer’s technology needs and provide recommendations for equipment and services.
