Nevada Elected Officials Training Conference

The Secretary of State's Office is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a venue to host a weeklong training conference for Nevada elected officials. The conference will be held annually for four years, and the vendor must be able to accommodate 100 attendees and 25 presenters. The venue must have conference and meeting rooms, break-out rooms, catering, audio/visual equipment, and professional event coordination services. The vendor must also provide a minimum room block of 120 rooms and be able to host a welcoming event and meals for up to 100 people. • The conference will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada. • The vendor must have experience in providing similar services. • The vendor must be able to provide a detailed description of their proposed solution, including their ability to meet the timeline and provide the required services. • The vendor must be able to provide proof of experience with professional coordination and audio/visual support. • The vendor must be able to provide a cancelation policy and options for rescheduling dates. • The vendor must be able to provide group room rates and reservation cutoff dates.
