Term Contract for Multidisciplinary Professional Architectural/Engineering Services

Virginia Tech is seeking a term contract to provide multidisciplinary professional architectural and engineering services. The contract will cover a broad range of design, analysis, and consulting activities across campus facilities, allowing the university to engage a qualified firm for ongoing project needs. • Provide architectural design, including schematic, design development, and construction documents for new and renovation projects. • Deliver engineering services (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental) and technical consulting throughout project lifecycles. • Offer project management, coordination with university stakeholders, and compliance with applicable codes and standards. • Support sustainable design initiatives and campus master planning objectives. • Maintain a flexible, on‑call capability to respond to emerging facility needs over the contract term.
