The City of Mobile is seeking a qualified design team to provide full‑service design and construction‑administration for a complete HVAC replacement at the Gulf Coast Exploreum Science Center, a 35,000‑sq‑ft museum with historic elements. The scope includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural, structural engineering, cost estimating, and project management services from pre‑design through contract administration.
