The State of Wyoming is seeking a contractor to provide statewide liquor delivery services, excluding the City of Cheyenne. The contractor will be responsible for the safe delivery of alcoholic beverages to licensed holders in Wyoming. The contract will be for a period of up to three years, with the option to extend for an additional two years. The contractor will be required to provide trained personnel, equipment, and administrative services to complete the daily deliveries. • The contractor must have experience in delivering alcoholic beverages in a similar environment. • The contractor must have a good understanding of the Wyoming liquor laws and regulations. • The contractor must be able to provide a schedule of delivery to all points listed in the contract. • The contractor must be able to adhere to the proposed schedule and complete all deliveries in a timely manner. • The contractor must be able to provide proof of insurance, including public liability and general liability, and cargo liability. • The contractor must be able to provide a certificate of good standing from the Wyoming Secretary of State or other proof of authorization to conduct business in the State of Wyoming.
