LOCI ISLAMIC SERVICES

This solicitation seeks a qualified provider to deliver comprehensive Islamic religious services for incarcerated individuals within Ohio correctional facilities. The contractor will perform weekly Juma (Friday) prayers, weekly Taleem (religious instruction) sessions, ongoing pastoral care, crisis counseling, and special holiday services for Ramadan, Eid‑ul‑Fitr, and Eid‑ul‑Adha. Additional responsibilities include conducting Muslim funeral rites—washing, shrouding, burial, and prayers—for deceased inmates. Services are to be performed on a weekly basis throughout the contract year, with annual compensation detailed for each service component. • Weekly Juma services ($51.50 per week; $2,678.00 annually) • Weekly Taleem religious learning ($56.65 per week; $2,945.80 annually) • Individual pastoral care/counseling ($92.70 per week; $4,820.40 annually) • Annual contractor meeting fee ($75.00) • Holiday and specialized funeral services as needed
