MAIN STAGE RENTAL FOR WISCONSIN STATE FAIR PARK

The Wisconsin State Fair Park is seeking bids for the rental, erection, and dismantling of a main stage for the annual state fair, which will take place from August 2 to August 12, 2012. The bid should include the cost of stage rental, erection, and dismantling, as well as maintenance services during the fair. The bid should also include the number of stagehands required and the total hours required. • The stage rental should be for the entire duration of the fair • The bidder should provide maintenance services during the fair • The bidder should comply with all terms, conditions, and specifications required by the state • The bid should be sealed and addressed to the Wisconsin State Fair Park • The bid should be submitted separately and not included with sample packages or other bids
