Pay Card Services

Spartanburg School District Six is seeking a qualified firm to deliver payroll card services and manage employee reimbursement processing for its staff. The vendor will be responsible for issuing payroll cards, handling electronic fund transfers, providing ongoing card administration, and supporting reimbursements in a secure, compliant manner. This contract will likely be an ongoing service relationship covering all district employees. • Implement and maintain a payroll card program for all district employees. • Process payroll deposits onto cards and handle employee reimbursements. • Provide customer support, dispute resolution, and reporting for card activity. • Ensure compliance with federal/state payroll and electronic payment regulations. • Offer training and onboarding for district staff on card usage.
