26-070 Josephville Road Phase II Land Acquisition Services

The St. Charles County Government is seeking bids for land acquisition services for the Josephville Road Phase II Project. The project involves negotiating for and acquiring right-of-way, permanent easements, and temporary easements for 30 parcels. The successful bidder will be required to provide services including negotiating with property owners, reviewing right-of-way documents, and preparing negotiator's packets. The contract is expected to be for a period of approximately 9 months, with the option to renew for an additional 3 months. The county reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
