The NOAA NESDIS Office of Low‑Earth‑Orbit (LEO) Observations is conducting market research (Sources‑Sought) for the design, fabrication, integration, testing, packaging, and sustainment of up to five receive‑only L‑, S‑, and X‑band antenna and radome systems to be delivered to McMurdo Station, Antarctica. The effort includes full RF front‑end hardware, three‑axis tracking pedestals, control and monitor‑and‑control (M&C) systems, extensive documentation, factory acceptance testing, and logistics hand‑off to Port Hueneme, CA. No contract has been awarded yet; the Government seeks capability statements, past performance, and cost information from interested vendors.
• Deliver up to five 4‑m class, three‑axis, receive‑only antenna assemblies with integrated L/S/X‑band feeds, LNAs, filters, and down‑converters.
• Provide complete radome packages, ACU/M&C hardware‑software, detailed interface control documents, test plans, FAT reports, packaging/shipping plans, and warranty/spare‑parts strategy.
• Optional items include RF‑over‑fiber transport, Sterna L‑band front‑end processor, scheduler/propagator software, and enhanced cybersecurity documentation.
