The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) seeks a small‑business contractor to operate, maintain, and support the Fairbanks Command and Data Acquisition Station (FCDAS) in Alaska. The effort includes 24/7 satellite‑contact operations, preventive and corrective maintenance of antenna and electronic systems, IT/network support, security services, and site‑support logistics. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price award with a one‑year base period (June 1 2027 – May 31 2028) and up to four one‑year option extensions, totaling a potential five‑year performance window.
