Legal Services for Insulin Litigation

Alachua County is seeking a law firm or consortium of law firms to provide legal representation in connection with an investigation and potential litigation involving pharmaceutical companies and pharmacy benefit managers allegedly engaging in unlawful business practices to artificially inflate insulin prices. The selected firm will provide legal services to the County, including investigation, litigation, and negotiation. The contract will be awarded to the most qualified firm, and the County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
