Food and Catering Services

The Forney Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for Food and Catering Services. The District plans to approve the use of multiple vendors on an "AS NEEDED BASIS" and makes no guarantee or commitment of any kind concerning quantities that will be purchased. The proposal does not include child nutrition, and vendors currently awarded for Forney ISD RFP 2022-014 or 2022-014.1 should not submit a new bid response. Key aspects of the proposal include: • The District prefers to use purchasing cooperative contracts unless a response to a FISD bid offers a greater discount and best value. • Vendors who do not wish to participate in this proposal will not be allowed to provide services to any FISD Campus or Facility. • All questions regarding the meaning or interpretation of this proposal must be requested within the e-Bidding portal no later than 2:00 pm on June 1, 2026.
