Description
The government is seeking a contractor to operate full‑service postal functions at Morón Air Base, Spain, under a Firm‑Fixed‑Price contract lasting one base year with four optional extensions. The contractor will run the Military Post Office, Postal Service Center, and Official Postal Center, provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and transportation, and meet rigorous security, reporting, and performance standards.
• Operate MPO/PSC/OPC facilities, handling both military and commercial mail, including registered and classified items.
• Provide weekly air‑mail transport to Seville International Airport and as‑needed runs to Naval Station Rota, with strict on‑time and chain‑of‑custody requirements.
• Staff a team of Secret‑cleared U.S. nationals and qualified local nationals, maintain daily financial reporting, equipment accountability, and compliance with DoD, AF, and USPS regulations.
