R602--Post Q&As Courier Services between Overton Brooks VAMC in Shreveport, LA and CBOCs

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide courier services between the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center in Shreveport, LA, and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs).
