The scope includes converting a roadway lane/shoulder to a sidewalk with grass buffer and bikeable shoulder, removing turn slip ramps, reconstructing and upgrading traffic signals to ADA‑compliant APS/CPS standards, rebuilding sidewalks, curb ramps, curb‑and‑gutter, commercial and residential driveways, upgrading traffic barriers, bus stops, installing metal railings, raised crosswalks, storm‑drain infrastructure, storm‑water management facilities, erosion control, landscaping, and providing maintenance of traffic. • Make all sidewalks, curb ramps, bus stops, and entrances ADA‑compliant
• Install new w‑beam traffic barriers meeting MASH standards
• Replace chain‑link fence with pedestrian metal railing under MD 100 overpass
• Construct raised crosswalks, perform pavement grinding/resurfacing, and install signage/markings
• Build new storm‑drain inlets, pipes, manholes, and a storm‑water management facility
• Provide erosion‑control, landscaping, and Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) services
