Floor Finish & Related items #JCPS-8502

The Board of Education of Jefferson County, Kentucky is seeking bids for floor finish and related items, including waterborne aliphatic urethane/acrylic base finish, waterborne acrylic wood floor sealer, polyfunctional aziridine catalyst, oil base gym floor finish, and Uralkyd gym floor finish. The contract period will be from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with four annual renewals at the option of both parties. • The contract requires the supplier to provide products that meet or exceed the specified requirements. • The supplier must also participate in a one-year evaluation period and furnish and apply gym floor finish, sealer, and catalyst to a Jefferson County Public School designated site. • The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the submitted manufacturer's descriptive literature and/or specifications and the requirements of the Invitation to Bid. • The Board of Education also reserves the right to reject any bid that does not meet the requirements or is not in the best interest of the Board.
