New Mexico Tech is soliciting sealed bids to purchase an initial inventory of 25 used “target” vehicles (≤ 1 ton) that meet a detailed condition checklist, with the expectation of providing replacement vehicles on an ongoing basis (approximately 5 vehicles every other week). The vendor must handle environmental compliance (drain fluids, remove Freon, air‑bag removal), provide loading/unloading services, and ensure delivery to the West Valley Test Range. The contract is for one year, renewable up to three additional one‑year extensions, and includes a 60‑day bid validity period. • Acquire 25 used light‑weight vehicles meeting strict mechanical and safety specifications (no major body damage, drained fluids, removed battery, etc.). • Deliver vehicles on a regular cadence (≈ 5 vehicles per delivery) and supply replacements as inventory is used. • Provide associated logistics, environmental compliance, and loading/unloading services; warranty of 1 year on all equipment.
