Class 2 Landfill Partial Closure

Greenville County is seeking qualified contractors to execute a partial closure of the Class 2 Unit 2 portion of the Twin Chimneys Landfill. The scope includes constructing a stormwater pond, preparing subgrade, placing 120,000 cubic yards of structural fill for a perimeter berm, building a stone access road, and installing erosion control measures. Approximately 301,000 cubic yards of excavation will be required, with all work to be completed within 210 calendar days of contract award.
