Town of Norwich - Cellular Service Provider for Existing Communications Tower Lease

The Town of Norwich, Vermont is soliciting proposals from qualified Cellular Service Providers to lease currently unoccupied space and install appropriate wireless telecommunications equipment onto the Town’s existing 180’ Wireless Communications Tower. The selected company will be responsible for all permitting and applicable approvals related to this new installation. The proposal should include a cover letter, statement of capability, methodology, and lease terms. The Town reserves the right to negotiate the lease terms with any and all companies that submit a proposal. • The Town owns a 180’ telecommunications tower constructed in 2013. • The Tower is located on an approximately 25.8 acre parcel of Town owned land. • The selected company will be provided with full access to the facility for the installation process and ongoing maintenance/servicing of equipment. • The company should demonstrate that they have the equipment, financial resources, and proven ability to provide the services required. • The proposal should include a detailed description of a proposed annual lease agreement with the Town.
