Square Sign Posts and ALPOLIC Sign Components

The West Virginia Parkways Authority (WVPA) is soliciting bids for an open-end contract to provide square sign posts and ALPOLIC sign components. The contract requires vendors to provide structural square steel tubular signpost systems, slip base assemblies, and aluminum composite sign substrates that meet specific technical requirements. The contract also includes provisions for delivery, payment, and default. • The signpost system must meet AASHTO MASH criteria and be made from ASTM A500 Grade 50 steel. • The slip base assembly must be MASH compliant and meet specific hardware requirements. • The aluminum composite sign substrate must be made from a polyethylene core bonded to two skins of aluminum and meet specific technical requirements. • The contract includes provisions for delivery, payment, and default. • The vendor must provide a primary contract manager to oversee the contract. • The contract may be renewed upon mutual agreement between the WVPA and the vendor.
