YELLOW RIBBON POST DEPLOYMENT EVENT

The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide event services for a Yellow Ribbon Post-Deployment Event in Chittenden County, Vermont. The event will require breakfast for 285 personnel, 265 lunch meals, and 20 child lunch meals, as well as event space to accommodate up to 285 personnel. The contractor will be responsible for providing audio/visual equipment, including internet, and meeting space with specific requirements. The government will provide staff for childcare and laptops for presentations. The contractor must provide a designated hotel point of contact and ensure that all requirements are met as specified in the Performance Work Statement. Some key requirements include: • Providing meals and event space for up to 285 personnel • Meeting specific audio/visual requirements, including internet and projector equipment • Ensuring that all meeting spaces are available from 0600-1730 • Providing a workspace with power for up to 10 computers, one printer, and one mini fridge • Providing parking for 250 attendees, with parking costs included in the contract • Ensuring continuous wireless internet throughout all conference and event spaces
