The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is conducting market research for an Agile Platform for Expeditionary C2 (APEX). The effort seeks vendors capable of providing full‑software‑lifecycle support—including design, development, sustainment, and modernization—of National‑Security‑System (NSS) level command‑and‑control (C2) applications in a government‑owned software factory and Platform‑as‑Service (PaaS) environment.
