The contract is a Quick‑Quote (RFQ) award with a maximum total value of $25,000, renewable annually but not exceeding five years in aggregate. The state requires the vendor to be registered in Alabama Buys, compliant with E‑Verify, and capable of electronic invoicing and payment.
