Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace

The Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace is a long-term, open call solicitation for solutions to support the Department of War (DoW) in advancing research, development, experimentation, prototyping, test, procurement, and sustainment of artificial intelligence and machine-learning (AI/ML), digital, and data hardware, software, and service solutions. The DoW Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) is seeking solutions that fulfill requirements, close capability gaps, or provide potential technological advancements. The solutions will be assessed by a peer panel of DoW and supporting industry and academic Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and will receive feedback on the technical merit of their solution. Some key points to consider: * The opportunity is open to all US-based companies, traditional and non-traditional, large business and small business, universities, non-profit companies, and individuals. * Foreign universities, research institutions, and entities may also submit video pitches for their related solutions. * The solutions will be assessed based on four criteria: Defining the Problem, Accelerating the Mission, Advancing the State of the Art, and Business Model. * The assessment process will be conducted on a monthly basis, with results available within 30 days of the end of each collection period. * Solutions that are deemed "awardable" will be eligible for award of further research, prototyping, procurement for experimental purposes, and even production.
