Physical Therapy Services

The Southwest Independent School District is seeking a qualified vendor to provide physical therapy services to students with physical disabilities. The selected vendor will be required to provide direct therapy to students, assess students and plan therapeutic intervention, and participate in the Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) Committee. The vendor must have a degree in physical therapy, be licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of Texas, and have at least one year of experience as a physical therapist. • The vendor will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to students with physical disabilities. • The vendor will be required to assess students and plan therapeutic intervention. • The vendor will be required to participate in the Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) Committee. • The vendor must have a degree in physical therapy and be licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of Texas. • The vendor must have at least one year of experience as a physical therapist.
