The Kentucky Department of Fish & Wildlife Resources (KDFWR) is re‑issuing a solicitation to purchase one new 10‑foot vertical tillage tool for use on agricultural and wildlife‑habitat projects at the Big Rivers Wildlife Management Area. The tool must meet specific heavy‑duty specifications (10‑11 ft working width, welded steel frame, CAT III draw‑bar hitch, 100‑120 hp tractor compatibility, 20‑inch or larger blades, LED safety lighting, hydraulic adjustment, etc.). Bidders must submit a signed electronic bid through the Commonwealth eProcurement system, providing lowest price, best delivery time, and best warranty. The award will be based on a best‑value scoring (90 % price, 5 % delivery, 5 % warranty).
