Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a broad range of earth‑moving equipment (dozers, excavators, dump trucks, loaders, graders, rollers, brush grinder, hydraulic ram attachments, escort trucks, etc.) with operators for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 9. The contract is a master agreement covering both routine and emergency work, with a guaranteed minimum of eight hours per work order and a 48‑hour response requirement for emergencies. Equipment will be delivered, operated, fueled, and maintained by the vendor, and the state will pay only for actual hours used. The agreement runs from award until 11/30/2027 with the possibility of four one‑year extensions, and pricing will be adjusted annually based on the CPI. Vendors must be registered in the state’s e‑procurement system, provide required insurance, and meet residency and qualified‑bidder preferences.

• Hourly rental quantities total roughly 4,300 hours across all line items
