• Supply required phantoms, measurement equipment, and produce written inspection reports within 30 working days.
• Attend quarterly Radiation Safety Committee meetings, conduct semi‑annual and annual QA reviews, and deliver training to VA staff.
• Must hold appropriate board certifications or qualified equivalents and be registered in SAM; all work must comply with NRC, FDA, Joint Commission, ACR, and VAAR regulations.
