Budget estimate

$30,000 – $49,999

The solicitation caps the total contract price at $49,999 for all three towers. Assuming a typical market rate of $0.15–$0.25 per square foot for high‑pressure cleaning of large steel structures, the total work could realistically fall between $30,000 (minimum to cover labor and equipment) and the maximum allowed $49,999. The final amount will depend on the contractor’s efficiency, equipment costs, and any discounts for taking all three towers.
