Request for Information - Sentinel NC3 Market Research

The Department of the Air Force is seeking information on Digital HF (DHF) technology to support the Sentinel Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3) in the 2031-2033 timeframe. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to determine if DHF technology is mature enough to be integrated into the Sentinel NC3 architecture. • The RFI seeks industry feedback on current and near-term DHF technologies available for fielding. • The proposed systems will be required to operate in all environments (pre, trans, and post). • The Government is looking for information on the maturity of DHF technology, preferred methodologies for deploying a DHF system, and potential limiting factors. • The RFI also asks about the ability of DHF systems to support cyber-secure communications, including classified data. • The deadline for responses is 03 Aug 2026 1300 CDT.
