Development of Recreational Vehicle and Trailer Storage Storage Facilities

The City of Boulder City is seeking proposals from qualified respondents to lease land for the development of a recreational vehicle and trailer storage facility. The facility will be located on a 4.78-acre site at the northwest corner of Veterans Memorial Drive and Yucca Street. The successful respondent will be responsible for planning, financing, developing, constructing, and operating the facility. The city is looking for a long-term lease and is open to both uncovered and covered vehicle storage proposals. • The respondent is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals. • The respondent must extend utilities such as water, sewer, and electricity to the site at their own cost. • The respondent must construct all improvements required by the city in the permitting process. • The respondent must provide proof of insurance and financial assurance.
