Hauling of Scrap Tires from the Forty West Landfill for Recycling

The Washington County is seeking bids for the hauling of scrap tires from the Forty West Landfill for recycling. The contract will involve the removal, recycling, and disposal of mixed auto and truck tires, as well as agricultural/equipment tires. The estimated annual quantity of tires to be hauled is 100 tons for mixed auto and truck tires and 22 tons for agricultural/equipment tires. Bidders are required to provide pricing for the hauling and recycling/disposal of the tires. A pre-bid conference/teleconference will be held on July 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM (ET) to discuss the bid requirements. • The bid submission deadline is August 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM (ET). • The question deadline is August 5, 2026, at 4:00 PM (ET). • The contract will require the bidder to provide insurance and comply with the supplemental terms and conditions. • The bidder must also complete and sign the provisions and debarment attachments.
