Description
The Town of Greenwich is seeking a contractor to operate the Holly Hill Resource Recovery Facility. The scope of work includes landfill services, nonhazardous waste disposal, liquid waste treatment, and industrial cleaning services. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the facility is operated in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The contract will be awarded to the bidder who best meets the requirements outlined in the RFP.
