RFP - Architectural Design Firms

The RFP seeks to establish a national master agreement with one or more architectural design firms capable of delivering a full suite of design services to the education sector (universities, colleges, K‑12 districts, teaching hospitals) across the United States. The agreement will be five years in length with an optional five‑year renewal, and the selected supplier(s) must be able to support on‑call or project‑specific work, from programming through construction administration, while meeting E&I’s ESG and minority‑business preferences. • Services required include pre‑design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting, bidding support, construction administration, and FF&E. • Suppliers must demonstrate 5‑10 years experience with educational facilities, appropriate state licensing, BIM capability, and professional liability coverage. • Pricing may be submitted as time‑and‑materials or fixed‑fee; creative pricing structures (multi‑year discounts, bundled services) are encouraged. • Proposals are submitted electronically only via the SciQuest portal, with a hard deadline of 1 June 2026 1 PM EST. • Evaluation criteria (100 points total) emphasize company overview, scope of offer, contract administration, ESG considerations, and price.
