Flight Helmets, Accessories and Repair Services

The City of Phoenix is seeking a contractor to provide flight helmets, accessories, and repair services for the Police and Fire Departments. The contractor will be required to provide Alpha Eagle helmets and accessories, conduct helmet repairs, and provide individualized fitting services. The contractor must also meet certain requirements, including being an authorized distributor of Gentex Alpha Eagle flight helmets and accessories, and maintaining all applicable OEM certifications and authorizations. The contract will be for a period of five years, with two optional two-year extensions. • The contractor will be responsible for providing flight helmets, accessories, and repair services to support the operational needs of the Police and Fire Departments. • The contractor must meet certain requirements, including being an authorized distributor of Gentex Alpha Eagle flight helmets and accessories. • The contractor will be required to provide individualized fitting services for new helmets. • The contractor will be responsible for conducting helmet repairs and providing replacement parts that meet OEM specifications. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, standards, codes, and ordinances.
