The State of Alabama is seeking a qualified vendor to provide janitorial and custodial services for its Summerdale office building (approximately 1,474 sq ft). The contractor must supply all labor, cleaning supplies (non‑ammonia, commercial‑strength), equipment, and supervision, working twice each week (Tuesday and Thursday) for a minimum of two hours per day. The contract is a fixed‑price, month‑end invoicing arrangement with a potential 30‑45‑day payment lag for October services.
