Georgia Southern University is seeking a qualified supplier to provide comprehensive custodial (janitorial) services across its four campuses—Statesboro, Savannah, Swainsboro, and Hinesville—including administrative, academic, athletic, residential, and dining facilities. The contract is a non‑personal‑services agreement for an initial one‑year term with four optional one‑year renewals, requiring the vendor to supply all labor, equipment, chemicals, and supplies, maintain background checks, key control, performance bonding, insurance, and compliance with APPA cleaning standards and state regulations.
